2021 Vintage tasting notes:
The Bacchus:
The Bacchus showed very classic English hedgerow aromatics: gooseberry, elderflower, nettle. Notes also included crushed apple skin and blackcurrant leaf. The finish has a nice herbal, slightly peppery finish.
Neil Thomson, Uncorked, December 2022.

The Pinot Noir Early:
The Pinot Noir shows very pretty Pinot aromatics, raspberry and red flower. Again there is a slightly peppery touch. It reminded me of some of the attractive, light-bodied reds you can find in the Central Loire. If kept over a few days after opening the Pinot Noir develops a slight spicy gingerbread character that usually doesn’t appear in Pinot until it’s a bit more mature.

Wild strawberry nose, cherry and redcurrant, good structure, light soft tannins, bright acids
