2021 Vintage
Sweet red fruit flavours, with a fresh but softened texture from the judicial use of oak. Awarded the Silver Medal in the Wine GB West competition in 2023 and a Bronze medal in Wine GB West competition held in November 2022. (11.5%)
Tasting notes:
The Pinot Noir shows very pretty Pinot aromatics, raspberry and red flower. Again, there is a slightly peppery touch. It reminded me of some of the attractive, light-bodied reds you can find in the Central Loire. If kept over a few days after opening, the Pinot Noir develops a slight spicy gingerbread character that usually doesn’t appear in Pinot until it’s more mature.
