Sparkling Rosé

2022 Vintage

The 2022 vintage has yet to be ready for tasting, it has been bottled and is sitting to allow the wine to settle.

2021 Vintage

This sparkling rosé pours delicate, yet vibrant pink colour with a fine mousse in the glass.
Bright aromas of raspberry, strawberry and warm red apple skin lift from the glass, and follow onto a palate fresh with summer berries and red cherry.  A mouth filling, creamy fizz gives texture to the palate, whilst a crisp acidity gives this wine elegance and length.

A fantastic accompaniment to canapes and the perfect party drink, or consider pairing with creamy risottos, salads or sushi.
