A crisp and refreshing, unoaked wine with classis hedgerow gooseberry, elderflower and nettle aromatics. (12%)

2021 Vintage

The white is crisp and refreshing, citrus fruits very much to the fore with subtle background grass notes. (11.5%)

Tasting notes:

The Bacchus showed very classic English hedgerow aromatics: gooseberry, elderflower, nettle. Notes also included crushed apple skin and blackcurrant leaf. The finish has a nice herbal, slightly peppery finish.
